This outpatient position places a Board Certified or Eligible Family Medicine practitioner within a robust multi-specialty group in the heart of the Monterey Bay Area. Focused on comprehensive care for all ages, the daily workload is strictly clinic-based with no inpatient requirements. You can choose between a four-day or five-day work week, allowing for a sustainable pace in one of California’s most scenic coastal regions. This role is a perfect match for a physician who values clinical autonomy but wants the administrative support of a premier health system. Financial incentives are a major draw here, featuring a $300,000 base salary balanced by wRVU production that can push total earnings over the half-million-dollar mark.
