Your Role: As a key member of our nursing team, you will: Take charge of planning and delivering both direct and indirect nursing care to patients and their families. Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal health care outcomes. Provide professional leadership and support to your healthcare team. Qualifications: Education: You must be a graduate of an accredited school of Nursing with a BSN.
Experience: A minimum of one year of full-time or three years of part-time experience in acute care specialty nursing is required. Supervisory experience is preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in physical assessment of cardiovascular patients is essential, along with comfort in 12-lead EKG interpretation and cardiac arrhythmias. Experience in stress testing is a plus. License/Certification: You must hold a current RN license in the State of Nevada, along with current BLS certification. ACLS, PALS, NRP, and/or required specialty training or course completion must be current upon hire. Other: Successful completion of any pre-employment assessments required by the facility is necessary. Note: Incumbents in this position as of 3/1/2023 with 20 years or more in the role will not require a bachelor’s degree. Requirements
Active RN license required.
