Job Description

This full-scope, private obstetrics and gynecology practice is seeking a generalist OB/GYN to join their growing team. The group maintains a well-balanced 50/50 OB/GYN ratio, performing approximately 1,200 deliveries and 750 gynecologic cases per year. The physician team consists of 16 OB/GYN physicians supported by 16 advanced practice providers, along with a Laborist, a midwife and NP support during OB call. Physicians also benefit from a well-organized office structure, including a dedicated personal medical assistant and a results team to manage tasks and messages. Physicians rotate through two office locations, each staffed with five to six support personnel, and admit to two affiliated tertiary care hospitals - one for obstetrics and one for gynecology - both featuring Level III nurseries and all specialty services on-site, including OB/GYN resident programs at one facility. Dedicated OR suites are available at the gynecology hospital. This is an active surgical practice with strong GYN exposure. New graduates will receive mentorship and ample opportunity to build their surgical skills. Call is 1:10 or better, taken from home, offering a genuinely lifestyle-friendly schedule. Compensation starts at $300,000 for new graduates, with a potential sign-on bonus. The benefits package includes occurrence-based malpractice insurance with tail coverage fully covered, health, dental, and life insurance, generous paid time off, and CME support. They are also looking for PT or FT Laborist to do 24hr in-house call only. Flexible schedule, competitive salary, and benefits package
