Job Description
HealthONE is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse Wound Care specialist to provide expert, evidence-based wound management across our Denver facilities.
In this full-time role, you will assess complex wounds, perform advanced interventions, and coordinate interdisciplinary care to optimize healing and prevent complications.
You’ll educate patients, families, and staff on best practices, contribute to quality and safety initiatives, and support our culture of excellence, innovation, and teamwork while directly improving patient outcomes and community health.

Requirements
Active RN license in good standing.
1+ year of clinical experience preferred; new grads considered for residency tracks.
BLS required. ACLS preferred for hospital roles.
Ability to stand for long shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and assist with patient transfers.
