About This Role
This is a part-time nights position working 12-hour shifts from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. at a skilled nursing facility within a senior living community in the Phoenix area. You'll provide direct nursing care to residents, manage medications, monitor patient conditions, and coordinate with the overnight care team. Requirements

- Maintains accurate documentation of medication administered and care rendered.
- Accurate and thorough completion of skilled charting, change of condition, monthly charting, evaluations, and all other regulatory documentation as assigned.
