The schedule follows a standard weekday structure, though the role requires a commitment to 10 days of on-call coverage per month. Clinical responsibilities are high-acuity and broad, ranging from attending deliveries and providing Emergency Department consults to performing critical procedures like intubation and managing BIPAP/CPAP transition.
