Job Description
HealthONE, a leading healthcare provider in Denver, is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse NICU PRN to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team.
In this PRN role, you will provide specialized, evidence-based nursing care to critically ill and high‑risk newborns in our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans, closely monitor neonatal vital signs and ventilator settings, administer medications and IV therapies, and respond rapidly to changes in patient condition.
Working collaboratively with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, lactation consultants, and other members of an interdisciplinary team, you will support family‑centered care by educating and guiding parents through the NICU experience, including discharge preparation and safe newborn care at home.
You will maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record, follow all infection prevention and patient safety policies, and participate in quality improvement, unit-based education, and skills development.

Requirements
Active RN license required.
1–2+ years of ICU/critical care experience.
BLS and ACLS required. CCRN preferred.
Ability to stand for long shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and assist with patient transfers.
